Although I had sticker shock, I purchased a natural gas water heater. Our salesman said "we will install today in a little while" and within an hour he was back and installed a brand new system with valves and all within about hr and half. We had hot water again within 45 minutes! Service was excellent, sales guy was professional , kind and polite. We will certainly continue to do business on an ongoing basis. Thank you very much."
