"I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Andy and how thrilled I am with the finished result in my kitchen. I collected a number of recommendations from friends for other contractors, whom I met with - but, I am so glad I went with Andy. From the start, his communication was exceptional. He gave me a very realistic (and ultimately accurate) timeline and I always knew exactly who was going to be working in my house on what days. No surprises what-so-ever, and when there were some minor unexpected plumbing issues once he opened the walls, Andy set up a time to discuss options with me and presented me with multiple solutions depending on my preferences and budget. There are SO many decision to be made for a large project like this, and as a first time homeowner, I was a bit overwhelmed at first - but Andy did an incredible job guiding me to quality suppliers for materials and helping me through the process all along the way. I never hesitated to ask if I had a question and Andy always took the time to respond and explain things in a way I could understand. Andy did a lot of the work himself, but his sub-contractors were also superb. Despite the fact that my kitchen was completely torn up, the house stayed surprisingly clean, they always left the site in great condition at the end of the day and were very respectful of my time and space. Even though the job was completed a few months ago, Andy has stayed available to me as I have had one or two silly little questions come up - he's been quick to respond and make sure I am satisfied and have the information I need. Andy's pricing and estimate upfront was clear and straight-forward and again, no surprises or anything questionable on that. Very fair cost for the quality of work and professionalism. I will be doing additional work (bathroom remodeling) in the next few years and would not go with anyone else besides Andy & Scott's Home Renewal. "<p>The original issue was with just one of the outside faucets. This faucet had a 10 year freeze proof faucet but split after it's first use this spring. After turning off the only line (cold water) to the split faucet I discovered that hot water was coming out of this faucet. The cold water line for this faucet was part of a connection to a basement sink and kitchen sink. DDS determine that basement sink was causing the back flow of hot water. This was not the root cause of the original problem but a simple repair by DDS eliminated it. I elected to have the second original faucet replaced as a preventative measure after it was suggested by DDS. There were no issues ,no  hassles, fair price and great service. Scott explained to me in detail what is was going to before and even after he completed the work. I would use them again.<br /> <br /><br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"I would highly recommend Complete Construction. Josh gave me a bid and came in under budget. This was originally going to be a labor-only job, as I had purchased all the materials with the intent to do it myself. After deciding that I did not want to break my back hanging 4'X8' sheets of 1/2" OSB, I called Josh. I told him we would be out of town for 10 days and that I wanted to come back and have it be done. The stairs he built were not part of the original request. While on vacation, I called him to ask if he would build them out of cedar. This request was actually the second time he had to run for materials. I miscalculated the number of sheets that would be needed and Josh was kind enough to go into the hardware store to buy the additional sheets needed. He had already finished the sheeting when I asked for the stairs to be built. He made a special trip to the hardware store to buy the parts and went back to the house to finish that project AND DID NOT CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR THE SECOND TRIP!! Needless to say, we came home from our trip and everything was finished. I didn't even have to clean anything up. He and his crew left the garage cleaner than they found it. If you need a project done, Complete Construction can do it. I know this was a fairly small task, but with his attention to detail and customer service, he will be the contractor that gets my kitchen remodel job later this year!! <br />"
