"Unlike the other estimate we got, Tim, the owner of the company came and met with me in person. I was impressed from the beginning with the clear explanations he gave about what type of roof replacement we needed (we have part shingle and part rubber roof) and why. He said he would send us an estimate and we never heard from him again. Better Basements responded to my calls, came to my home promptly, and met with us for 30-45 minutes about our basement situation. They went over costs and options. They were very professional. They sent an estimate in a timely manner.
We still aren't quite ready to begin this project, but when we do, we will be calling this company again.
