We scheduled a time for him to come the next day and he was able to fix the heater quickly. As our system is pretty old, he also took the time to discuss options for potentially replacing it and also showing me different parts on the system that might need to be replaced if we didn't want a new system. He also looked at another plumbing project I was thinking about while he was there. About 15 minutes after he left, I realized I had forgotten to mentioned the dripping pipe. I called him to ask if I should be concerned. He immediately turned around, came and assessed the problem, and fixed it with no additional cost. I would highly recommend and plan on using Platinum for any future plumbing needs."
