Get matched with top tankless water heater installers in Melrose Park, IL

"I had a tankless water heater installed. I gave 4-1/2 stars for overall rating because the worker who came was the lone installer and had no one to help. I could not use water for almost sever hours an inconvenience since job was estimated to be "about 4 hours". I think he took a deserved lunch break for about an hour. He was on time and was courteous and pleasant. Would have been nice if he had a helper."

"Tim and his assistant worked rapidly, but carefully, to remove the old furnace, install the new one, test it and then clean up the furnace area in the basement.  In addition they were able to put the furnace-mounted humidifier back in operation.  Not only was Tim and his assistant prompt, courteous and professional, they explained everything clearly and exceeded my expectations by installing a new furnace on a Sunday morning!"

"Alfonzo arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. Him and I looked at the work I wanted completed together. He gave me two options. A more in detailed option and a less detailed option. Both prices were within the quoted amount. We went with the more detailed approach because of where we wanted our garage heater placed. Alfonzo was here for three hours. He had a lot of cuts to do to make this work. The outcome is awesome. Looks great in the garage and in my basement. He even took off his shoes every time he came in my home and carried them to the basement to finish his work. I would highly recommend!!!"

"After buying a water heater at Menards and getting it home, I called Plumb-it Inc about 1:30 p.m on a Monday. I think it was Scott who answered (no recorder!) and he said he could have 2 guys out to our house within 45 minutes to install it. The job went so smooth. They did arrive within 45 minutes. The 2 guys were very knowledgeable about installing a heater. They were efficient, quiet, polite and cleaned up afterwards. They also took the old heater and the box the new heater came in. What more could we ask for? They did everything we expected."

"I used Toptec to install my furnace. They did a great job from start to finish. Adam was very knowledgeable and business oriented."

"Everything went a smooth as possible! No problems were found on either my A/C unit or hot water heater."

"Was able to replace our water heater same day and it couldn’t of been easier for us."

"Outstanding service from start to finish. The technicians were phenomenal and took care of every detail, from removing our old unit to installing the new tankless water heater. The job required custom retrofitting and running new piping to make sure the unit fit properly, and the crew handled it all seamlessly. Clean, efficient, and top-tier craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them."

"Patrick was very responsive to my texts relates to product information and quotes. He is very knowledgeable about the trade and he is great with customers. His service was prompt and the installation went smoothly. After the installation, I referred another friend to Patrick on water heater replacement."

"They gave me several choices for the water heater where other companies only carried one or at least did not offer others. I also appreciated the fact that they gave me a quote over the phone. They were knowledgeable about their craft and expedited the installation once I had made a decision. I also liked that I could buy the toilet myself and they quoted just the installation so I did not have to pay the mark up for the hardscape. I am changing all of my plumbing needs to this company."
