"Bathroom Repair MPT Enterprises My wife and I recently moved into a +30 year old home and quickly discovered that the two bathroom had multiple plumbing problems; a shower stall and floor that was cracked and leaking; cabinets in desperate need of repair; and numerous electrical problems. We conducted an extensive search over a 60 day time frame; conducted multiple interviews; checked numerous references and ultimately decided to go with Paul and MPT who was clearly the most qualified AND also happened to be the most price competitive. Regarding the work they performed, I hardly know where to begin but I would start by saying that Paul and his team are the consummate professionals. The work was absolutely first rate (plumbing, electrical, tile, caulk, you name it); communication was ongoing as we always knew WHAT they were going to do, WHEN they we going to do it and they ALWAYS asked our opinion about the smallest detail before any work was done. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up with a broom and dust pan at the end of every work day. I consider my wife a perfectionist and only on rare occasion did she need to mention something to Paul that needed to be addressed and inevitably he was already on it and did it with a smile. He was beyond meticulous. The highest marks that I can give Paul is that whenever I need any work done in the future, he will be my first – and only – phone call and I have highly recommended him to friends and family. "I have been in construction for nearly 50 years, so I have developed a keen eye for quality craftsmanship. Our project was no small project, so there was a genuine concern that the right company be hired to do our project. After reading J T General Contracting's reviews, I reached out to Jim for an estimate. Again, as I stated earlier, I have been involved in construction for nearly 50 years, so when a contractor shows up for an estimate when he stated that he would, that is a good first step. In talking with Jim about our project, it didn't take long for me to realize that he knows what he is talking about and how our project should be approach. Our project just completed today, and I can state that from the demolition of our existing deck, to the layout and installation of piers, Posts, Joists, Trex Composite Deck (with stairs and raised platform for the Spa) and composite Railings, I could not find one flaw in his workmanship. Jim takes a great deal of pride in the work that he is installing and demands that from his employees as well. Secondly, Jim has excellent communication skills, not only in responding to phone calls or text messages, but explaining what he will be doing each step of the way. "Chester and his team were very respectful of working in our home while we were also working from home. They were able to diagnose and fix our plumbing issue, including completely replacing all the cabinets that had been damaged beyond repair. Job was done in a timely manner - especially given the extent of the water damage. Chester and his team were the only contractors who agreed to take on the repairs, after we had several contractors/companies say the job was too big for them. 10/10 would hire again (though hopefully we won't need to!)"

"I had used Old World Carpentry in the past for a major repair/painting job on the outside trim of our house. Therefore I knew James was the right choice to remove/reinstall an outside railing on our roof. James arrived promptly on short notice to remove the railing. After roofing and stucco repairs were made he again returned to fabricate and reinstall the railing which now looks as good as new. James also fabricated a kickplate for our new trash compactor which matches the existing woodwork in our kitchen. I would definitely use James again for any carpentry job.
