"Excellent!  Frank came to give us an estimate.  He is so very personable and nice.  He was patient, answered all of our questions and brought samples and pictures of other jobs completed.  When we decided to have them do the job, he asked if we felt pressured into hiring him.  We did not.  He was not pushy at all.  I love that!  The guys that came to do the work worked very hard and kept the job moving.  This is a messy job but they cleaned up every day.  I had also purchased some knobs for another bathroom and asked if they would install them for me and they did it at not extra charge.  Great company to work with."

"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

I have not been involved in a renovation that does not hit snags. This project was no exception. Upon consulting with Jack we agreed that we had to take down and re install the shower tile.  Jack and his crew accepted it without hesitation and got right to work re-installing the tile.
We couldn't be happier with Jack's professionalism and attention to detail. We have several other projects we plan to have Jack complete in the future.

"I contacted High Quality Painting LLC to repaint my fence after severely neglecting it for many years. Most of the paint was already stripped or peeling away, and had been for years, so there was significant damage to the wood as well. They were very confident about identifying the damaged boards and replacing them as well. When they got started, they found quite a few more damaged boards, and ultimately replaced more than what was quoted at no charge. They also recommended I get the fence stained instead of repainted, which is something I had not considered, and am very glad they pointed me in that direction because I think it will help prevent many of the problems I had in the future and be much easier to maintain. The workers were professional and willing to show up on incredibly hot days in between the rainy days to get the work done. I brought up another issue with the gate of the fence rubbing when opened, and that was also fixed at no charge which I appreciated."
