He and his crew were punctual, cleaned up after themselves and did good work. We enjoyed working with Patrick and feel we got a good deal considering everything that needed to be done. When it became clear that we had a serious problem, he quoted us one price for the digging and new clean-out installation and didn't charge us for the initial snake and scope services. He also got the inspector to recommend fixing the sewer under the street, and that was accomplished in a timely manner since a new water main had just been installed on our street and the paving hadn't been completed. We can now feel confident our AirBnB guests will no longer have any plumbing issues!"

"Jan and George have done 5 different jobs for me at a couple different places that I've lived: (1) Fix and replace a leaking toilet flange that someone else improperly installed before I bought my condo, (2) Replaced my leaking water heater (3) Replace a leaking shower valve as well as old supply lines to the valve + install new quarter-turn shutoffs, (4) install a new zero-freeze exterior hose bib plus an interior quarter-turn shutoff to the hose bib and (5) replace leaking sewage pipes. "Pablo and his coworker arrived on time. They took pictures of the work being done such as excavating a hole in the ground, removing an existing broken clay pipe as well as replacing it. They proceeded then to reconnect the new clay pipe to a new 4” cast iron pipe and so on. They then backfilled the opening on the ground once the repair had been completed. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. This job was done right and the price I paid for was a bargain compared to how much another company wanted to charge me for the same job PSP did.
