Get matched with top major home repair pros (general contractors) in Mendenhall, MS

"Mr. Martinez did the repair very quickly and competently. Very favorable impression thus far. However, as of the review date we have not yet had a major rain after the repair date to provide a test of its effectiveness."

"Very good. Performed repairs and remodeling in a timely manner. When we had questions, they were answered thoroughly. Recommended many different suppliers, not just one."

"Our bid specified old roofing and paper would be removed down to the plywood. Home inspector later found rotten plywood on the roof; owner admitted they left existing paper on to give us "two coats of felt". They came back, ripped off new roofing from above the rot and replaced the rot at no charge. Trouble is they didn't bring enough shingles, and spaced them out to cover ... this did not look like a new roof. They came out again, and this time it looked like a new roof ... with torn up siding next to the repaired shingles. "Not my fault: siding's rotten ... I'll fix it. What else can I tell you" (You could have told us about the damage and your plans to correct it but we had to find it first.) Rather than bring them out for a fourth visit we paid a remodeler to replace the damaged siding. Jon tries, but I am not convinced his crew cares nearly enough."

"After searching Angie's List for someone to remove cracked wood and replace it, I was very well pleased with Patch of Heaven Lawn and Home Care, LLC. The owner immediately contacted me to come out to review the area for repair. I received a reasonable quote and accepted it. The workers were here a few days later and completed the job with excellency. I am well pleased and will be contacting Patch of Heaven again for more work. This company is quick, reasonable and does great work. Highly recommended!!!"

"One the the few great experiences I’ve had with a contractor. Scott was professional determined to fix the problem. He was not just trying to get paid. He recommended solutions rather than complaining. He was so patient. The job required a second visit and he never said anything that wasn’t relevant to fixing the problem. No excuses. Wonderful experience."

"Mr. Davis was very knowledgeable and honest about our needs. We felt well taken care of and the repairs went great. Mr. Davis was prompt and respectful and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use SDS again when needed."

"Family owned business performed gutter cleaning on my home using a power wash system.  They did a great job & cleaned up surrounding areas as they went.  We will use them again.

"Luke was a gift! I moved from Colorado into a new home in Prattville, walked in the door and immediately realized I couldn’t live with the existing DIY paint job. I called Luke’s Painting, their estimate was $1400.00 less than their competitors, he started painting two days later. Luke was professional, honest, hard working and always cognizant of the fact that I was working from home while he was painting. The finished product is amazing, a realtor commented on how clean the lines are. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Luke’s Painting!"

"Ms Cambria came to my home and cleaned very well. Inside and out."

"The guys were friendly and professional; very respectful for my home making little to no mess. They were in and out in a timely manner. Price was reasonable too. I plan to rehire in the near future."
