"Stay far away from this company. Original project went fine although it was expensive. However the past few months have shown me their true colors as I have tried to get some of the original work fixed. Be aware that they only warranty work for 12 months. We had the only four tiles on the step into our shower crack over the first year and I tried for months to contact them through email. No response. I finally left my name as a new customer, and they immediately called me (funny :)). They then asked for pictures and said they could fix it. I then discovered it would cost $600 to replace the four tiles they obviously installed incorrectly the first time. Correctly installed tiles would not all crack on the outer edge."

"I do not recommend this company due to poor quality of product. - Jan 2023 bought 2 patio doors, 3 slider windows. Product that was installed in May included 2 cracked slider windows and all products had wrong color on interior. All needed to be replaced. - May 2023 bought additional 19 windows. After install in Oct 2023, 13 of the 19 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in January 2024. After install of these replacements in January 2024, additional 7 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in April 2024. At install of these latest replacements, 5 more had noted manufacturing defects requirement replacement (which has not yet happened) - June 2024 during rainstorm noted two of the window sets had significant water leaks. Company was advised with documentation on 6.4.2024; as of today 6.8.2024 company has yet to acknowledge my request for refund so I can re-replace the windows with a different company. Additionally several of the caulk lines were obviously done by a new employee, as I had to have the contractor installing new siding re-do those lines."

The crew was fantastic: clean, kind, and respectful in our home. The design process was a bit challenging, and we had to advocate for what we wanted, but the end result reflects our vision. A few communication hiccups caused delays, and some finishing touches needed rework, but everything was resolved. Overall, we’re happy with the outcome and would consider using them again, while also exploring options for smoother service."

The actual work itself was on time and perfectly executed, any change of plans was communicated and there were no surprises in the end. "We signed a contract with St. Croix Kitchen and Bath in May of 2025 to have our 3 bathrooms updated. We put down half of the project?s cost which was a substantial amount. It is now February of 2026 and we only have 1 bathroom completed. The owner is dishonest, rude and unprofessional. The whole process with them has been very stressful- very poor communication. Avoid this company at all costs - they are most likely in financial trouble."
