"Well initially I was unhappy with the fact that the faucet couldn't just be repaired. I wound up spending a ton more money than what I was expecting. The explanation Matthew gave me was one that I have heard before about our water being so hard in Brooklyn Park. Several service providers have told us that and last year we had to have our water heater replaced for that exact reason.
