"I was looking to possibly replace my water heater. It is old but functions fine and I have no problems. After talking with Water Heater Now rep he told me that since I have a well it might be better to leave my current functioning water heater. He explained that while they offer excellent warranty I am better off with an older model if I don't have any problems. While I decided I will keep my water heater until it shows a problem I will definitely call Water Heater Now when I need a new water heater."

"Replaced 50 gallon natural water heater and an additional 6 feet of copper piping. Removed old water heater and cleaned up afterwards. Completed within 2 hours. From start to finish the process was painless and easy. All interactions with office personnel via email and over the phone were professional and friendly. Tim, my technician, kept me informed throughout the entire process. He also took time to discuss and advise on a couple other plumbing items within our home. Great guy, great service, great company."

"The experience with St. Paul Pipeworks was great! We noticed our hot water heater leaking last night, called them this morning and they were at our house by early afternoon. In less than 2 hours, our hot water was back and they left our house without a trace. Phil and Mike were very pleasant and professional. The estimate that Keith provided over the phone matched the actual cost. No surprises."

"So this was the first major home repair/upgrade that we've had done. Not only was the estimator Nate courteous, friendly, and considerate, so were the installers Greg and Josh. Our 50 gallon water heater had gone out after 7 years of use and we were looking to upgrade to a tankless system. Being that we were on a budget and in need of making the crucial decision whether to keep the tank or go tankless, my wife and I had a total of three companies look at the job. McQuillan Brothers we're not only able to provide us with the most reasonable pricing they also did not provide anything less than exceptional workmanship and quality. Greg & Josh if you get a chance to read this I want to personally thank both of you for your friendly disposition, knowledge, and personal attention to detail on every aspect of the job. I learned a lot as well. I will most definitely be asking for services from this company again!"

"showed up on-time, same day, and had parts in stock to repair water heater. Professional and courteous."

"I had a closing scheduled and the water heater broke the day before. The Water Heater People responded immediately and did a very professional job at a very competitive rate. They installed a name brand and after calling around, it was one of the best prices too. They didn't even charge extra for same day service. They went above and beyond and were extremely friendly and informative. I was very happy with them and the agent representing the buyer was so pleased that she has already called them to do another job for them. I am planning on using them again to install one for my daughter's home. Thank you Conor!"
