They were able to start the work right away, and made sure I approved of the work before closing the trench the same day. "I had this beautiful bathroom made for my husband who had a serious physical limitations. The bathroom remodel gave him such ease to be able to shower and take care of himself. The young man, Ed, provided service that was top notch. We had an entire remodel of our bathroom from a jet tub to a standing shower with multiple showerheads, including body sprayers, overhead shower and handheld shower with new fixtures put in. He installed all new plumbing, and a pedestal sink to tie the whole new aesthetic and look together. He added handicap rails near the toilet and the shower for ease. He later added a bidet feature into my toilet. Everything is fully functional, water pressure is great and we are so happy with the result. Highly recommended plumber. "

"So far so good. Snaking of kitchen sink with very old pipes. Hopefully snake did not poke pipes. Only time will tell. Keeping fingers crossed. They did a good job explaining and triple checked for leaks before they left. Of course they tried to upsell and gave us a metal trap they did not quote us upfront for. We would have chosen it over plastic, but price difference would need to be cleared upfront. That's the only negative. Otherwise, thus far we are very happy with the result. Thank you for coming on such short notice and on time! Super appreciated. 4.5-5 stars."
