"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"All workers were respectful and polite. They finished work in less time than I thought and cleaned up any mess which I appreciated. Tub and wall look beautiful. They explained how to use it. Customer service was great starting with sales rep and throughout installation. They removed the big whirlpool tub and installed a walk-in tub."

"Five Star Bath Solutions (FSBS) replaced our non-functioning basement bathroom whirlpool tub with a new whirlpool tub + shower wall replacement. FSBS was very easy to work with, from the initial in-home meeting to the completion of the installation. We were kept up-to-date on start date and other pertinent details and pre-install queries were answered promptly. The replacement/instillation itself was completed efficiently, the crew arrived when promised, the crew was very respectful of our property + home and we received a detailed walk-through of the completed project. "All I can say is Wow! Jake did an amazing job on our master walk in shower tile and our tub surround tile. He also was so helpful tiling our kitchen back splash and incorporated and designed the tile from around our fireplace into the backsplash! He did an amazing job and was so awesome to work with! "I purchased two room designs from Jill for the purpose of redoing my living room and kitchen because we would be removing the wall that separates the two rooms. I sent her the plans for my entire house including electrical, images of the rooms, a list of wishes, and several pages of mood boards so she could get a feel for what we wanted to do.
She had no problem with the living room but wanted extra for the kitchen. Most designers charge extra for kitchens and bathrooms so even though that exclusion was not on the offer I purchased in July 2011 (it is noted on her offers now) , I figured it was fair if it was a little bit more. It ended up being a lot more then what I was willing to pay for an e-design. We both agreed that the best course would be to start the refund process.
Jill was polite and responsive throughout the entire exchange. I think she would be fine to work if she were located in my area."
