"We called the AAP-Home Services after they were a company listed in Angie's List. They responded to our location within a couple hours. Our Tech was Saul. He conducted a diagnostic and determined the Gas Control had failed. On his own, Saul called the water heater company and determined the part had to be ordered from the Water Heater company (Rheem), but also found the part was under warranty. The company shipped the part the location where the WH was located. Saul advised as soon as we received it, he would return to the house and complete the repair. It arrived mid morning two days later. I contacted Saul, and true to his promise, he returned to the house and completed the repair. It took him several hours in the hot sun. His service was exemplary. We were extremely happy with the service and the can-do attitude by Saul. We will definitely use AAP - Home Services again."

"Noel showed up on a Saturday and unclogged our kitchen sink in an hour. We had tried everything we knew to do and even took all the pipes apart under the sink to try and find the problem. When we couldn't find the clog we decided to look for a professional to help out and we called Noel. He and his employee were awesome. He fixed the leak very quickly, like he had seen the same leak many times. 
He did a great job on the disposal installation.  Installed the cord correctly, the last one was kind of "McGiver'd" in there.  He even took the time to reqquest the fitting in the sink and replaced a missing "O" ring in the faucet.

Juan, the installer was on time, courteous, self-effacing, humorous, knowledgable and highly skilled. He replaced the ugly functioning plumbing (piping) with a more contoured professional appearance. After the system instalation, function test, old water softener packed and area cleaned. I was given an outline of positives results to look for.  And, as of 2 weeks after installation, I am very pleased with results. Faucet run faster, wife says hair and skin feels better.
