"This was only an inspection and attempt to locate a leaking pipe, and give me repair alternatives. Money is tight so the$130 fee was hard but it can be applied to future work when they come for the repair/replacement. The contact person did not give me an false hopes and waste time that they would come sooner than the appointment. They called when they were on their way to be sure someone was home for the appointment. Will share more when the repairs are complete. The young man was honest and gave me information I expected and did not try to sell or push me into major repairs that would be very pricey."

I like that Mike Saia gave me a very detailed, broken down price quote. The guys who did the work (and this is incredibly hard work) arrived right on schedule, dug very carefully, tunneled under our house, replaced the pipe, and restored the area so well that it doesn't even look like anything was done there. Replaced right sink strainer unit (essential sections copper). Replaced pipes under sink to insure that drain from sink had a sufficient gradient to flow freely to the connection with the pipe from the garbage disposal in the other sink to prevent the existing waste build up in the connection and old horizontal section of the drain pipe (a problem I did not know we had).
