"Great job by the crew. Nick, Will, and Saul were very cooperative and real easy to talk to. They replaced my 12' x 35' 20 year old deck within 4 days. I would say pricing is at market rate which reflects the quality of materials and knowledge of the company. Choosing decking samples was a high priorty on my list. Also, I didn't want latice (as I had before) going around my deck. I had white vinyl railing around my deck. High maintenance as it would get dirty with mold/fungus. So, I decided to use the black metal railing instead. I have a dark grey house, so I decided to choose Oasis Palm by Eva-Last for the main decking which features a warm golden brown base with toasted caramel streaks. This counterbalances the heavy tones of dark gray siding. The outline of the deck is carbonized Osage. I would highly recommend Black Diamond Construction for your decking needs. I also have a 30 year warranty. Should anything go wrong, they will come out to repair or replace promptly."

"We built a new deck on our 1970 house in Shoreline. Cameron and his crew (Dale and Ryan in particular) are awesome to work with. Top notch quality work and we love the finished product that will last for many years to come. The team built the deck in record time - minus the railing which was contracted to another company. My frustration was with the railing company (apparently had not worked with them before). The glass railing took 3.5 months to deliver when they had quoted 3-4 weeks… and the communication on the shifting dates was spotty. This was also around the time of the massive heat wave this summer so some of the boards understandably started bowing and expanding - Dale came by each time and made sure to fix any issues. Really appreciated it."
