"This home yard project went extremely well. I was very specific about what I wanted for a final result (dog hardy grass blend, easy to use irrigation system, remove old damaged soil and grass and replace / amend with healthy soil) and am very engaged in any contractor-run project. Norberto was able to provide reasonable options, discuss pros/cons, and what the maintenance requirements would be long term. Once started, the project moved along - he was an excellent project manager. I would check progress and he was very responsive to any of my questions or concerns. Any course corrections were made immediately. He is also providing follow-up to ensure the lawn comes in as planned and the irrigation system is functioning as designed. They were very carefully to keep the work area clean and ensured the gates remained closed so my dogs were not able to escape or get into the new lawn area. Between a reasonable price, excellent experience and consultation, excellent installation, and follow-up, I highly recommend Mount Olive for lawn replacement and irrigation system installation."

"My husband and I only have great things to say about Ryan (R &J Builders Inc). He came to take a look the same day we called him. He had a bid prepared the next day! We had another bid done before we called Ryan. R & J Builders Inc bid was by far the best. Other home owners in our neighborhood have replaced their fence at a much higher price in the last few years as our fences are 22 yrs old, and having problemâ s because of aging. One side of our fence had partially fallen down and Ryan was able to schedule replacement quickly and and had it finished in record time with high quality materials and and he did an excellent job. We are having the 3rd shared fence replaced in August. We would not even think of letting any one but R &J Builders Inc do this Job for us. Mark & Linda White"

"I highly recommend Puget Sound BNR for any remodeling or renovation project. They are honest, professional, and deliver top-quality work."

"Absolutely excellent experience. Near Me Roofing Company and team did a great job on replacing shingles and eaves. Great quality materials, worked hard and fast and left everything clean. Princing on par with others; highly recommended."

"If I could give a higher score than 5 they would be a 10... The whole crew was friendly and at the same time very hard working... They not only worked in the rain but in a hail storm.. The awesome +800 square foot deck took only 8 days... When I look out my kitchen window....I feel like I am in a fancy resort.... The deck is solid and could easily hold over 50 people... I recommend this crew to anyone needing a deck..."

"These guys are stellar. My deck was in disrepair and I was uncertain what to do with it - whether to totally knock it down and start anew, or to build on the existing foundation. Also what material to use - composite, wood, etc. They came out, looked at my deck, gave recommendations, and worked within my budget. We went with cedar, and within two weeks, I had an absolutely beautiful new deck, built on the existing foundation. I was very pleased with the whole interaction - they were courteous and professional, friendly and hard-working, arriving early and working through the day to get the job done. It was for me an exceedingly good experience with a contractor, and their work is solid. I was nervous as a first time home owner to hire a contractor, for fear of not knowing enough and being taken. I had spoken with several other general contractors and also specific deck builders prior to hiring Modern Exteriors, and each could have built a deck. One larger company offered a lower price but when they came out, the materials they suggested would have been sub-par and the deck would have been plastic-looking. These guys are a smaller business that build decks for a living, and are very good at it and clearly enjoy each project - like works of art. I highly recommend them."

"I had some old carpet that was damaged by my pets and needed to be replaced. I decided to remove the carpet and install new wood flooring to match the rest of my house. Tile decor did an amazing job and was very detail oriented. Iâ d recommend and would look to them for other Renos."

"We hired Black Diamond Construction to replace our front porch and back deck. They were great! Aaron offered a very competitive rate, was responsive, and made sure our needs were met. The crew did a fantastic job. They were professional, polite, and efficient--finished well under the projected timeframe. We're excited to spend time out there again. Thanks, Aaron & the Black Diamond team!"
