"I had a really good experience with them the works was polite and the young lady in the office was helpful and respectful."

"They were prompt in getting to me. The price quoted was a bit higher than that listed as average, but not too high. The installation itself seems good. The issues I had were in how things were left after the installation of the new hot water heater. 1) the little plastic front legs on dryer were broken off (from moving it), 2) the laundry room where hot water heater is, was left in a mess, 3) my garden hose that was used to drain the old water heater, was just thrown behind shrubs in front yard (it was coiled under the faucet before they used it)."

"Had a pressure reducing valve that went bad and didn't realize it was buried behind the water meter (Fla builders usually put in crawl space or garage); this caused my expansion tank and pressure relief valve to fail on water heater due to super high pressure. Crimson Long and his assistant from Hiller Plumbing came out earlier than scheduled appt. time, LISTENED to my encountered issues and repairs I had begun, were very PROFESSIONAL, Polite, and KNOWLEDGEABLE, provided an estimate for the PRV valve repairs and immediately began to solve my issue. Water heater is fixed, house is back protected with new PRV valve; I'm happy and the wife is ecstatic to have hot water back! Thanks Crimson Long and your asst. and Thank you Hiller Plumbing; your technicians have made me a customer for life.🙂"

"Replaced p-trap under tub, seemed high charged $425 for $40 worth of parts and about an hour labor"

"My kitchen faucet had terrible water pressure and they were able to quickly diagnose that the line had been clogged and that the aerator filter needed to be replaced. Took about 20 mins total to fix the issue and get everything back to working like new!"

"I was able to get an appointment right away and had two jobs - replacing a garbage disposal and fixing a leaky toilet. They sent two techs - Keith and Logan - and they were both friendly and got right to work. Very knowledgeable - they explained the problem and how they were fixing it and then when they were done, they tested both repairs to make sure the job was done. They had everything they needed with them, including a new garbage disposal and the toilet repair kit for the toilet brand I have. I highly recommend them - I’m not going to use anyone but Scott Plumbing for any future work."

"No problems.! The Work was done in a timely manner and all things explained upfront."
