"We recently purchased a home and hired Jose (Munoz Construction) and his team to do a number of projects at our house that included updates as well as issues raised during the home inspection. Jose and his team were awesome to work with, and I will definitely hire him again when we decide to do additional projects. Jose went out of his way to make sure we understood everything they were doing, and he was flexible when we added things or changed certain aspects of a project. For every project he gave us multiple options and explained how different materials would impact cost. When we incorrectly measured the space for a new fridge, he worked with us to shift our countertop and shave part of a cabinet so we could get the fridge we ordered installed (ultimately we asked his team to install a water line for the fridge, and the fridge itself after we had a terrible experience with the delivery contractor for Home Depot). His pricing was reasonable, and his positive attitude, honesty, and responsiveness really impressed me. After working with other contractors and having a number of so-so or negative experiences, working with Jose was such a pleasure."

"The overall results were mixed, some were done fine, others not. The individual had a difficult time with the light, which was not his fault, but the fault of the existing wiring. The light is in, although he was not able to center it--not his issue, I think The bathroom sink drain will have to be redone. Our major concern is that he left without saying anything, left his ladder and drill in the foyer along with a bag of garbage, left the old calk in the tub, etc.. Basically, a mess, which we have cleaned up. We're waiting for someone to notice the missing tools and, of course, we'll return them. Overall, a gracious young man, perhaps over his head. Not a good experience. We rated professionalism as C, only because we were left with a mess to clean up."
