"From start to finish the average, our team was phenomenal. I submitted a request for work and within three minutes a gentleman named Lance called to get us booked for a free inspection. The inspection was completely free and after talking with a couple of other waterproofing companies before reaching out to EverDry, I knew that I was making the right choice by signing up with them. The work was complete within five days from when the cruise started and they left everything spotless. They use a jackhammer in the basement and I was really concerned about dust, but the crew did a great job not kicking any dust up on our belongings or upstairs. They were using some sort of vacuum cleaner or hose to make sure that the dust wasn?t getting kicked up. My headaches are so much less frequent now that there?s no mold in my basement and I?m so glad I went with Everdry because of it. "

"I have hired Permaseal to fix my unleveled patio concrete floor that was and still causing rain water to get to my basement, I have paid them $2,014.33 as down payment, they showed up one month later for the job, which is injecting foam under the concrete slab to lift it back to its original correct level. I came back home that day to find out that they have left and that the concrete slab was not only still unleveled, but they cracked it and patched it on multiple locations. I have called their customer care number more than a dozen times in attempt to understand what is going on, and on each occasion, I was told that the project manager was going to contact me back, which never happened until i made the next call, They have finally explained to me over the phone that it was the best they could do and that they could not fix my patio floor. I asked for a refund and did not hear back. I have documented pictures of before and after showing that the job was not done and cancelled the check with the remaining balance. I have not heard anything back from them since then, until i started getting debt collectors' emails on December the 5th from a business called FCR Services."

"Good work in general; our basement no longer sees water for over 3 years now, which is the most important thing. But there were some real issues: The biggest issue is that USW did not adhere to local electrical codes, and did not arrange for a final inspection of the project. So we didn't find out that it wasn't to code until years later, and now it's a big hassle and minor cost to fix and get the permits. Ask your local gov yourself what you need to do for permits and inspections; don't rely on USW! USW said they would seal any foundation cracks found along the way; they didn't do this until I bugged the warranty dept about it (but they did do it eventually). USW sent someone out for the "annual checkup"... over 2 years after the install. It's a good thing they (eventually) did, because they discovered the backup battery wasn't charging. Now I know to check this stuff better myself. Prices also vary wildly and are kind of negotiable (I'd give more detail but I'm out of space)"

Of course it was a good for today sign now price I had more estimates lined up but after 6 hrs and him acting like he was my husbands new bf and beer buddy he signed. Scheduled walkthrough- that was cancelled. Started work and had ?issues? that walk through would have found. Blew circuit breaker in workshop of basement, we now need an electrician bc even w replacing the circuit breaker w a new breaker it still turns off. Quotedi time length/ what they would be able to do by salesman- all wrong. Workers say it will be twice as long and what sales man said they could go around they can not. Workers are extremely polite and nice. Will update review when they are finished w work. Today 7/30 will be day 3. "
