"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Randall Moore was my point of contact and he contacted me right away to schedule a time to meet my wife and I at the house to explain our options and the repair process. Randall did an excellent job explaining everything to us and scheduled the repairs quickly. They handled everything from communication with the insurance company, detaching the solar panels, replacing gutters as necessary and replacing all other items associated with the roof. Materials used were very high quality. The crew worked really hard to get everything done quickly, as we had storms scheduled to hit the next day.
