"Upon arrival he and his employee did an amazing job prepping the home and repairing wear and cracks to a home that has been left for at least 10 years. He provided DunnEdwards evershield premium paint throughout. Not only did he do the exterior of the house...he applied a third coat to the western wall for durability, painted the walls either side of the house facing the street to match( I am on a half acre lot so far more wall than average). He also painted the interior of the walls in the backyard.
I asked for a twist in the application of the colour scheme choosing to paint an interior courtyard wall in a trim accent colour. This and all else was done perfectly and at a very high standard. There was no rush to get in and get out, rather stay until it was perfect and made sure I was totally satisfied.
I cannot recommend him enough for his abilities, knowledge and work ethics. Truly a rare tradesman today  and someone to hold onto for future projects and for your friends.

"It went well and there were no issues. They were average, but it was a great deal. They got back to me when they said they would, it wasn't a really quick process but they did contact me within the time frame they said they would. I did call them because I had a few questions and while they did answer the questions I asked they weren't incredibly helpful. It was a good price for a good product."

"I decided I wanted to replace our 10 year old flooring during my upcoming vacation. I searched Angie's List for recommendations as the thought of going to a big box retailer was overwhelming-too many choices and I appreciate great customer service. I saw the good reports and went and visited the showroom and met Rolando the owner. He was wonderful as were his associates. He allowed me to take some samples home several times and said he could do the work on very short notice-the following week. Impressive! I decided to support a local business and one of of the service people came to my home and measured etc. Again, very professional. The flooring for my son's bedroom had to be special ordered and I was told it would arrive about 2 weeks later. I was thrilled to see that they had it on the truck the day of installation! That morning I received a call that they were running late. I was a little peeved but then Rolando came by with his associate to ensure the installers knew what was going on and I was appreciative of that. We had to dis- assemble a large office furniture unit and the guys helped put it back in the room. Everything went very smoothly an overall we are happy with the workmanship and experience. Only 2 things that could have been better-I think it would be nice touch if someone actually came back to see the finished project. The other item is that my husband picked out the carpet for the master bedroom and I feel like I am sleeping in a parlor from the 1800;s. I am trying to find a way to get rid of it!. If  I do I will be contacting Specialized Flooring :)"

"As a whole all went very well. He listened to our concerns and open to our ideas. Tony Brice and his crew did a great job. My husband and I absolutely love what that they did. Our master bath is now more like our very own spa/serenity. The master bed room is much more relaxing and brighter.
As with all remodels it had its blips/ issues. Most were not any fault of B Ann Builders or Tonys crew. They were prompt. Stayed on time and budget even though there were surprises durning demo and remodel. Tony took it all in stride with no up charging or additional cost to us. Can not say that about past contractors we have used in the past.
Bottom line. We HIGHLY recommend Tony Brice and B Ann Builders. If you are looking for some one whom is a honest, hardworking and able to communicate all processes. Have Tony come and discuss your remodel.

"Arrived on time and repaired drywall on a water damaged wall.  Was very happy with work completed and would use this company again.

"Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling.

"Sears Home Improvement Products have washers and fittings to repair washing machines and such. The staff seem real knowledgeable and they were friendly with my son when my son was asking the sort of questions he asks everyone! The pricing is reasonable."
