Based on HomeAdvisor low-ave-high price ranges for replacing a Samsung heating element, it was between the ave and high. But I readily agreed because this replace is just a bit beyond what I'm comfortable doing on my own AND MOST IMPORTANTLY because the company was super responsive and Gerald was a fantastic tech who clearly could deliver a solution for us THAT DAY. They earned it and it was worth it...especially in these trying pandemic times when services are really strained. So if you need responsive appliance service, certainly for W/D, give these guys a shot, they were good."
