"Five-Star Bath Solutions - Absolutely Fantastic! I recently had my shower completely upgraded/replaced by Five-Star Bath Solutions, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial in-home consultation to the final installation, the service was truly excellent. The company owner, Joe, was incredibly involved and dedicated to ensuring our complete satisfaction. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused. The installation process was smooth and efficient, and I really appreciated the follow-up visit to inspect the workmanship and address any questions I had. After researching several bathroom remodeling companies, we chose Five-Star Bath Solutions based on their impressive history, stellar reputation, and competitive pricing. Highly recommended!"

"Very nice shower it was done in two days. They cleaned up. The price was very good"

"Did a Fantastic job!!! Great quality & price!!!"

"It was a pleasure to work with West Shore homes. We hired them to remove a tub/shower combo and replace it with a walk-in shower. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and friendly. I canâ t say enough positive comments about Tim S and Jordan B who installed our shower. They showed up on time, completed the project in one day, cleaned up and kept me informed throughout the day. I was amazed that when they were done we had no touchups such as drywall repair or painting that needed to be done! I love my new shower!"

"The whole process was easy and paul detailed everything that was going to happen so I had no surprises. The shower is AMAZING and the quality of the work. Impeccable! I’m so impressed I’m going to have them do the same in another house of mine. The price was very fair and lower than the two other estimates I got. All the guys working in the new shower were extremely professional and nice guys which made the process easy!"

"Karl & his son Samuel were absolutely amazing. They arrived on-time for the consultation & gave an estimate on the spot. We decided by the way they communicated & presented themselves, that they were right for our plumbing job. They replaced all the valves and water lines for 4 bathrooms & kitchen. They had to troubleshoot a leak in the downstairs bathroom, repaired & installed an access panel for any future issues. I cannot say enough how trustworthy & professional Karl & Samuel were. We definitely will be using them in the future!"

"Customer service was great. Isaac kept in touch with me throughout the process. Kalvin did a beautiful job installing our new walk-in shower, and when finished, left the bathroom spotless!"

"This man was polite and prompt. Happy I hired a local plumber for my bathroom job. The big companies rebath, refitter and worst was jacuzzi wanted a years worth of house payments simply to replace a shower and tub. Fairly local cleaned up as he went"
