"This is the second remodel DR Construction has done for us. Our experience was nothing short of wonderful both times. This remodel was a complete redo of a bathroom to make a roll-in shower for an elderly woman. They had to take the room down to the studs and had to break concrete to move plumbing. The work was done quickly and with great craftsmanship. We couldn't be more pleased and will definitely cal DR Construction again."

"<p>Work went well.  After the workers left the job site, I found the repairs had not been painted.  I requested the contractor return and paint the area repaired which was done.  </p> <p> </p> <p>I called the contractor again, because I wanted additional repairs done to the garage.  After two calls an estimator finally came out, but we were never given an estimate.  I figured they weren't interested.</p> <br />"

"Tri Construction owner came by after I had called and asked for an estimate on the work mention above. We agreed on $1.700.00. Work was started the next day on a Saturday.  I did notice that the crew inside doing the shower did not place any type of barrier on the wood laminate to protect it.  I did not mention that to them so that is my fault for not bringing it up as a concern.  I paid the owner $1,000.00 dollars up front, he later on came to me and asked me for more money that would have gone above the agreed upon estimate, since it was an estimate I gave him another $1,000.00 but made it clear that I did not have any more money in my budget.  Iam satisfied with the work the was done."

"Even though it didn't use this company for a small tile job I needed but would consider using themfor a much larger job I have planned in the future. The moment I contacted Brian from the last day I talked to him, he was very professional, punctual, and loved his work ethic. I did get to see videos of his work, and looked like he does excellent work. <br />"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Mesquite, NM

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
