"We worked with Pleasure Pools to install an in-ground saltwater pool in late 2020, or early 2021. Their quote was in the middle of the four we received. We opted to use them because Katherine did a great job working with us in the design process, capturing our needs and desires into the designs offered. We also liked visiting the showroom which had a couple of small pools to look at various options in person. Installation was relatively painless. As with any major home improvement, you sometimes encounter hiccups, but Pleasure Pools fixed anything we brought to their attention (cracked decking tile, electric panel issues, etc. Pool school to learn how to care for the pool on our own has been invaluable. I have and continue to recommend working with Pleasure Pools."

"We recently hired Serenity Pools to build our in-ground swimming pool and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. They took the time to understand our vision, gave great suggestions, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. The quality of work is outstanding and the pool looks amazing. They left the site clean each day and finished on schedule. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool."

"USE THIS COMPANY! A+++++++++++++ JD is easy to work with. His word is his bond. Honest, trusting, does what he says. You will not go wrong with JD and his company. Now the details! I a SO happy with the result. I just hated to look at the old pool. The pool was probably 30 years old. Someone had painted the surface in places and overall the pool was in sad, sad shape. There were other things I could have done but I just didn't want to spend the money. But, what I did was well worth it! There were 3 phases of the project: Phase 1 = Remove the old plaster. There was a crew of 5 men that us jack hammers and other various tools to remove the majority of the plaster down to the gunite. I have to note that I did not expect that amount of work - I had an idea it would just be a skim coat sort of job. That took 2-3 days. Phase 2 = Replaster the surface. Again, 5-7 men working on that phase. That was 1 day because the plaster moves fast. These people were "artisans" for lack of a better word. The stairs had been chipped away in phase 1 and I never thought they'd make them look right. WRONG - they look great, as does the rest of the surface. Then the pool had to immediately be filled with water so the pool doesn't come out of the ground and to set the plaster (I guess). I used ground water and it tood 3+ days to fill. Of course the pool water looked brown from all the minerals. JD the owner came out and added chemicals and things looked better in a few hours, but took a few days to look like pool water. (this was expected). Phase 3 = form up the opening that the old pool cover sat in and then pour cement. After that 2-3 people came out and tiled over the cement. The great part of this was that the old tile was not available and the replacement tile that was chosen couldn't get in a small supply. JD the owner thought outside the box and bought brick and cut the brick down (sliced it). IT WORKED - it looks great. JD is a very nice guy. He had a number of projects going, but never forgot my project. The project didn't quite come in on schedule because it's the rainy season and all this had to be juggled. But seriously, most projects take longer than originally scheduled.

"Will from Summit Pools completely removed the black streaks at the bottom of my pool. I thought we would have to replace the whole pool but he knew exactly how to fix the problem. We were so impressed by his knowledge we hired his group to maintain our pool. We are very pleased with the work Summit Pools has done."

"great service with my pool inspection very prompt gave me several thing that would need to get taken care of before purchasing the house and very competitive pricing"

"Customer service was great to work with. However they said I was responsible for chemicals but the first thing the text did was put chemicals in the pool and charge me for them."

"They are friendly and hard working. They ask what you want and also advise you on options. Due to weather an my personal time constraints it took a month. I had pool resurfaced and new pump and and filtering system installed and all leaks and old pipes changed. Iâ m happy with my results."

"Great! They did a good job, very satisfied about their works and I was very satisfied about the pricing."

"I was very impressed by the company’s promptness and professionalism. They were timely and ensured we were 100 percent satisfied before the work was completed. I would highly recommend them for any roofing work."
