He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"

"Replaced an old (1889) 12-foot cast-iron drain stack from ground floor to basement.  Originally replaced with PVC, but this turned out to be noisier than expected.   On request, they came back and replaced the PVC with new cast iron, before we closed up the wall.  The work took a few weeks to schedule, but Tony and Dan were professional, courteous, and fast once the work began.  I would definitely use them again.
