"DO NOT hire his company. I hired them today to install a new garage door motor as well as a new lock to secure the garage door of a rental. Michael was responsive (can't take that away from the guy), but in the same breath, he is overly rash and irrational when it comes to payment. Naturally, everyone wants to get paid for work performed. The problem here is he and his assistant (some lady) called my phone numerous times under an hour, of which I was unavailable to pay because I was literally presenting in a meeting for work. I warned him the day before in the scheduling phase with the tenant that I would more than likely be in meetings and to call the property management line if needed. In that SHORT period of time, he decided to uninstall everything and left (LESS than an hour). To make matters worse, the assistant (I supposed from a different phone number) implied that I'm the kind of customer who doesn't pay my bills, and would expect a bad review from someone like myself."
