Glen is very knowledgeable about the array of products that a customer might choose and was able to offer good advice. We were thinking about doing more extensive work, but Glen explained that it might be just too expensive to justify what we were looking to get from the work, which we greatly appreciated. Two of their employees came out to do the work, and got all of the work done well and efficiently. We are very happy with the job they did. They did just what we wanted, and it looks great! We will call Sunshine Screen & Patio in the future when our patio needs work!"

"I just wanted to update a review with new information. We had picked Karoly to replace 4 hurricane impact patio glass sliders. Karoly did an excellent job & we were glad we picked him. The point of this update is the truest measure of any contractor you hire is how do they respond if there is an issue or problem, that when you really find out who you're dealing with. On one of the glass panels there was a slight defect, Karoly notified me (at the time I didn't even notice it) contacted the manufacturer, reordered a new panel and pursued the completion until we were happy. This proved to us we had in fact placed our trust in the right person and right company. I can not emphasize this enough Karoly can be trusted, his Company is very professional and you can't ask for better people to deal with. "I was super happy with ABC Screens. One of the best experiences I've had with a home improvement/maintenance contractor in the 14 years owning a duplex, having spent well into 6 figures over that time on work and materials. ! I like to do why reviews a few months later since unexpected issues can arise, and you want to know how well they're handled. Everything went well. Their communication was clear, service fast and good quality, good window screen materials (no tears, sturdy but light, keeps the no-see-em midge flies out as well as mosquitoes and more), price reasonable . I reached out for a bid because my front door screen was bent, out of shape, had gaps for bugs to get it, and didn't always close well. I had similar issue with a rental unit front screen door. They were able to fix them without much repair nor any replacement. Saved me a money, so I trusted them. So I gave them opportunity to quote to replace all my window screens since I appreciated their time and honesty and was within a year or so of replacing them, as 1-2 screens were missing, 1 had a problem that could let a clever bug in, and all were old style that can't block the smaller bugs. Their quote was reasonable, and they could install about as soon as I was ready. I'll definitely call them to replace my rental unit's window screens when the time comes."

"We used Dependable Shutters and glass for accordion shutters on the sides and back of our house and impact windows and impact door on the front of the house. They were around the lower priced estimates received and we chose them on this and their professionalism that showed from the start. They were responsive to my calls and emails, took great care to minimize mess during install and cleaned up after themselves. The products they use appear to be high quality and the installers, Chuck and Cory for the door as our last part, Chuck and another gentleman on the shutters (sorry did not get to meet the window installers) all did a great job. They even worked with us when we changed our minds from a shutter to a hurricane door on our front door. Definitely recommend them highly,"

Some couldn't do the work if we wanted a permit pulled. Others failed to provide promised references. It was a major relief to find Florida Palm Construction who were absolutely spot on in the process before construction. They obtained the necessary permits, started on time and continued without significant interruptions until the project was finished. The quality is good and the price was reasonable for what we were requesting. Their personnel, especially Corey, were professional, helpful, and willing to answer our questions during the construction.
