"The tech, Evan, was very nice and knowledgeable. He was upfront with the costs and what he was going to do. We were in kind of a jam and with the $99 quote fee if we did not use them, we went ahead with the work. We had never hired a plumber before and did not know the labor rate, $250/hr. The work was finished in less than 2 hrs and had less than $50 in parts and had a bill over $700. Like I said, they were upfront but very expensive."

The quote was very reasonable, and they were able to do the work shortly after their initial visit. They replaced everything with Liberty pumps. Justin and Erich did the work and they were very professional. We had them quote out a couple of other items (replacing water heater, etc) and those quotes were also very reasonable. Had this company come out again today due to a small and slow leak (different issue than previous visit). I was quoted double what the first job cost and this job is just replacing a single pipe.
