"I was hesitant to call this company because I didn't have a great experience a very long time ago, but today was a stark contrast to my prior experience. They offered a hot water heater inspection and flush for $59+tax. The scheduling over the phone was convenient and flexible and employees very accommodating and understanding. There were several reminders over the phone and via text. The best part was the technician Henry. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained step-by-step what he was doing and why he was doing it. He didn't recommend anything unnecessary, but inspected our hot water heater, flushed it, and showed how the expansion tank needs to be replaced. He gave us a quote and we plan on having it done in the near future. I typically don't write reviews and when I do it's when something wasn't right.
