"Working with Ossa home repair was an impressive experience from start to finish. We had seen what a wonderful job they had done on our neighbors deck. Our deck was in awful condition and I was surprised when Mr. Johnny told me that much of my wood was in good condition. He could have told me i needed to replace the entire deck! His team repaired the top railings and rebuilt the fence door, power washed and painted our deck and I honestly canâ t believe itâ s the same deck. It truly looks brand new. I also had water damage on our dining room ceiling and a hole had been cut through the drywall. His team repaired the drywall, finished the ceiling and painted, and that also looks totally amazing. Everyone working for Ossa home repair was professional, courteous, and amazingly thorough. "We hired Phoenix Home Services to build a screen porch addition. They did a fabulous job! We had some zoning issues that delayed the start of the porch, but Phoenix took care of the whole process for us. We did not have to lift a finger to fill out any paperwork or deal with any county zoning people. And because there was a delay in starting our project, they gave us free upgrades, even though the delay was not their fault! Once they started the project, it went incredibly smoothly. They were here everyday at 8 am working away on the project. They were always around to discuss any questions we had or to check in on how we thought the process was going. "I looked at several companies over several years for this project. HD Exteriors was responsive. They worked with me to create a design and plan that would work for our area. Other companies provided written information or a quick drawing of the proposed project. HD Exteriors has a computerized program that can visually show the design of the plans. The program provides an opportunity to look at a draft of the completed project. No other company provided the opportunity to see a finished project and then adjust it as needed. HD Exteriors provided a very detailed contract that they reviewed with me prior to the start of the project. They answered questions during the planning process as well as during the construction. HD Exteriors provided one point of contact who managed the different workers including deck construction, carpentry, concrete and patio crews. As with any construction project, there were minor adjustments and details to address as the project progressed. They were able to address my concerns in a timely manner."
