"Ray and his team are miracle workers! Our home is a renovated 40's farmhouse with multiple additions. The basement (especially the "original" portion) had been pretty much untouched for decades before we moved in - we're talking junk, dirt, spider webs, bugs, etc. Ray and his crew did a haul-out of everything still remaining and then a deep clean with pressure washing/sanitizing. They also procured and installed steel shelving for storage and then organized the items we wanted to keep on the shelves. The basement is unrecognizable! "Ron rewired half of our house to replace all of the old knob and tube wiring. He replaced eight ceiling light fixtures and rewired about two dozen outlets and lights. He did this without cutting hardly any holes in our drywall, minimizing patches. Instead of cutting numerous holes, he took the extra time and trouble to fish new wires from the basement and attic (which had 16" of blown insulation that he had to wade through.) When he had to do extra work, he communicated the need and the cost ahead of time. He immediately came and finished up one outdoor outlet that he had missed. He cleaned up after himself and did no unnecessary damage. All throughout, Ron was pleasant and cheerful and described everything he was planning to do in detail. His fee was very reasonable and competitive. We will certainly hire him again for future electrical work."
