Door openings closed up, new lighting installed in our ceiling, lots of electrical outlets, lighting in our cabinets, gas line moved and plumbing moved from the outside wall to the middle of the kitchen. Tom and his crew were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient (with all of my nonsensical questions every 10 minutes), fair and honest. They were very professional yet friendly and down to earth. The perfect blend especially since they are going to be in and out of your house when you're there and when you're not. "Lionel arrived on time and did an estimate for our project.  I was confident that he knew his stuff and could deliver on the job.  He was very punctual in providing us a verbal estimate then followed it up with a written estimate, which was very appreciated.  In the end, we wound up using someone who was lower priced because we had a lot of items on our wish list and we accepted more risk to our project with the hope that we would be able to get more done in this phase of our remodel.
I would definitely recommend bringing in this company to do an estimate.  For future work I would definitely want to bring them in.

As a single woman running my own home and being very particular.....it is extremely important to be able to discuss the job, hear all the details, and employ someone who is honest, honorable, well qualified, neat, and highly informed. I first hired Rob for the drain problem. He accomplished that efficiently and neatly at a reasonable price. We discussed options for a back up for the sump pump. Having a finished basement, I am always concerned about water. I have never lost electricity during a rain storm....but the possibility always takes up space in my brain. I have a portable generator....but I have to be home to start it. Today Rob arrived on time and installed the back up for me. It took the whole morning as he predicted. He pointed it out and gave me several possible reasons for the leak so I could intelligently discuss it with the company that installed the new energy efficient furnace.
