Phil and Fritz rearranged their schedule to come to our house and repair the damage during the few days we were in town. It took them several days but they worked hard everyday until the job was done. The removed all moldy material, replaced the insulation, patched and painted the wall and replaced the baseboard molding. It looked like new. And two days after they finished, Phil got married! We couldn't believe he would rearrange his schedule a week before his wedding, but that's just what he did. 
These two guys are the best. They are not only incredibly talented and skillful at so many things, they are a joy to have around. The are very helpful in making suggestions and providing options. They were incredibly respectful of our space and and belongings and even helped move heavy furniture out of the way during the renovation. As happens with any major renovation, when we ran into snags Alberto and crew were up front about what happened and fixed the problem. It is clear that Alberto takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows in the final product. They have a fairly limited selection of cabinets, but that also means that they can offer them at reasonable prices. After a couple months of use, we're really happy with the quality. KBS was also very willing to let us mix and match materials we found elsewhere (faucets, hardware) with what they had in stock. Very easy to work with."
