There were 6+ gaps/holes in the CMU walljoints that were 2”- 3+” deep where water easily penetrated. Also his tape and sheet rocking has cracked/gapped on all walls and the vaulted ceiling. The worst part was Mateo refused to stand behind his work and I had to get another contractor to remedy his work."

From the many many forms for the mortgage company to inspections they are top notch. The crew was great and punctual. I can not say enough about the back office support. This project was a nightmare from the beginning but Dave and Bonnie got us through it. None of the problems came from them. This was a 203k mortgage and is very paperwork intensive.
