I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. "We had to create a lot (>12) holes in the ceiling to run some cables. Fabricio was very quick to provide a quote and we booked the job within a couple of hours. The holes have been patched very professionally using good quality repair patches and filler that Fabricio sourced for us, sanded smooth and painted. "We fixed the plexiglass overhang above our front door. It required the removal of existing materials and installation of new plexiglass + flashing. This sounds easy but took a few days to complete. The seal however was not tight enough and water still dripped following the repair. But Twin Oaks came out the very next day and resolved the issue. Workers were friendly and from what I can tell did a nice job. They later returned (the next warm day) to repair a damaged garage panel which they were able to do in a day. Other than leaving some debris in the side yard (not a lot), they were good to work with .. nice folks."

"Bruno did an amazing job.  Our shower stall has had a mold problem for years.  We had scrubbed it and bleached it to no avail.  He came in and steam cleaned and repaired all the grout and tiles.  He also applied sealant.  He was only meant to do the shower stall but had some extra time and so he cleaned the bathroom floor for no extra cost.  Both the shower stall and the bathroom floor look like new.  
Bruno arrived on time and worked steadily.  He cleaned up after himself and he was very kind and professional.
