From a technical standpoint, they identified and ordered all the components, inched a digging machine down a treacherous hill, dug up the old cesspool, dealt with another one that was hidden nearby, installed the new tank, piped it up to the dispersion field (which they created in a day) and kept us calm every step of the way. The whole process was pleasant and painless - We were able to pick from any remnant they had on hand and found a nice honed granite. Bill came out to do the template and asked if we were having Christmas dinner at our house - I said yes, and he said he would see if they can squeeze us in before the Holiday. Sure enough we got an appointment for Dec 18th. The installers were super friendly and nice - They got the job completed in a couple hours and it looks beautiful.
