"The installation of the walk-in shower was done in a very timely and professional manner."

"I needed a bulkhead changed to a walk in door. He showed up at 7:30 am with 2 other carpenters. They were packed up completely done by 2:30 pm. Flavio is very professional as well as his workers. Very respectful. They took all old wood and scraps away. They call what I wanted a dog coop. I love my new entry. I waited for it to rain before writing this. Not a drip of rain inside. I will not hesitate to have Flavio do any other carpentry work I need. His prices are very competitive. I'm very satisfied with his work and would recommend him."

"Claudio and his team took our outdated and worn down bathroom and turned it into the perfect space for us. Claudio is so responsive, communicating with him was easy and any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner. From the moment we talked with Claudio we could tell he is someone that gets things done. He and his team made thoughtful suggestions, and paid attention to detail. It truly was a pleasure working with them, and we will definitely be contacting him again in the future. The project was under budget and completed on time. Our bathroom is now our favorite room of the house! Thank you again Claudio."

"I liked that there was no nonsense. Their salesman was straightforward and the price was fair. We were also impressed with the installers. They installed all the windows in 1 day and they look great. I'm happy I chose them."

"Project was a success!. Top Down Remodeling did a professional job on time and looks great. Victor stayed in contact with me through out and provided photos of the the bathroom before and after. He is very knowledgeable and an eye for detail. He recommends sensible and quality materials that look great. I would hire him again and recommend his company to anyone looking to have work done/"

"We are so happy with our new deck. We had a great experience with Wood Trades LLC Roofing and Construction from beginning to end. We would definitely hire them again and will be recommending them to friends and family."

"Highly recommend Stephen. I had a clogged kitchen sink that wouldn't drain despite using a plunger, Drain-O, a 25' snake, and everything I could think of using. I called numerous plumbers and Stephen was one of the few who was able to give me a quote (other quotes I received were at least twice as much) and showed up first thing the next morning. He was incredibly thorough with his work, running multiple tests, and not leaving my home until he was 100% sure the clog had been fully cleared. On top of all of this he ended up charging me less than quoted and even cleaned up around the sink. If you need a plumber, definitely give Stephen a call. Very polite, professional and incredibly thorough."

"Perfect. The workers were respectful and as quiet as possible. The work was done perfectly and the costumer service was amazing. Few days after the work was done, I put a ladder inside the tub and scratched it. I called the Costumer service and they promptly answered in such a good way. They went far and beyond to fix the problem that I caused. I would recommend them right away."

"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

"It went well. They were organized and worked efficiently. The windows were cleaned after installation and they swept the entire unit as well as the outside walk."
