If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

"I have used Jerry as a roofing contractor seven years on multiple projects on two homes and have always been pleased with the work, price and customer focus. Jerry and his team did an outstanding job on three roof related projects. Jerry personally installed a roof diverter rail to force rainwater off the sides of our front porch. Jerry added a protective rubber membrane strip. This comes with a five year guarantee. Jerry’s team cleaned our back gutters (1st and 2nd stories) then installed gutters guards. This comes with a 5 yr labor guarantee and 40 yr materials guarantee. Finally, the crew repaired a roof flashing which caused a minor leak. I will certainly use Jerry again on future roof projects."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"From the sales bid to completion, everything was perfect! Neil was knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to in regards to price and installation concerns. Everything was in writing and the install went as expected. The install was FANTASTIC!! Tommy was very meticulous and methodical! If you are worried about a mess left behind you won’t need to worry about that... he was always cleaning up as he went. Also.. if you are worried that there will be a mess in your landscape or driveway they won’t leave you with that complaint either! Barrier Windows gets Five stars with me. You will not be lied to or have to worry about a scam job."

"Ernie - HELP Restorations made dealing with out insurance a breeze. He took care of everything our Mortgage and Insurance Co. required. Within 4 days HELP Restorations were installing a new roof. When I came home from work you couldnt even tell anyone had been on the property. My new roof looked beautiful! Ernie and his crew are the real deal! I will never use anyone for my roofing, guttering or siding than HELP Restorations! Thank you, Ernie and crew - you are simply fantastic!!"

"The first time it was $21,000, then we had them do some additional...they gave us an estimate, I think of around $6000 and honestly we haven't paid them because they haven't finished. They seemed very professional. I thought they would do an excellent job. They could match our color scheme. This is in a company that is warranted, life time paint, never have to paint again and if we do, we'll come out time and time again to do it. So the idea was great and we had been having to paint the brand new home every year. We were tired of that and they seemed like they could do a great job and the product seemed very good. We had them paint it the first time and we had room additions added and they painted that. It seemed very good and very professional. They painted some things that they shouldn't have like the windows, so it is hard to close them. Overall they did a decent job but then the last time they came out to do some repair work, they actually did some construction in addition to the painting and then they didn't match the paint colors correctly. They didn't finish the repair work, where they thought they might have finished it, it wasn't as it was before architecturally, aesthetically pleasing anymore. I had a punch out list and I said, this is all the punch out list that needs to be addressed. They said something about, okay they'll take care of it but they never scheduled a time or place to review the punch out list or to schedule to get them fixed. We have been calling and they've not been returning our calls. We thought they were out of business actually. Then last year all of our windows sills rotted and again, with the paint that wouldn't have happened. We replaced all of our windows. The window company actually reached out to Hoosier Permanent Coatings  and they are still in business as you probably found them in your system. They said well because we didn't pay them that last amount our, warranty is null and void. So we've been trying to call them, we leave messages and they don't call us back. If we talked to them maybe this thing can be settled."

" R.M. Construction crew came out and did an excellent job removing the old shingles and decking. They were very Professional and polite.When they finished they cleaned everything up.and my roof looks great..Didn't find any trash as I walked around my house..Great Job..Would highly Recommend..Larry

"WE CALLED OLD HOMES MADE NEW BECAUSE OUR ROOF HAD BEEN LEAKING SO BAD THAT THE DRYWALL WAS FALLING IN THE HALLWAY FROM BEING SO WET. WE HAD THIS FIXED PREVIOUSLY AND IT DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. MY HUSBAND HAD EVEN TARRED THE SHINGLES TO STOP THE LEAK BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. WE SAW AN AD FOR OLD HOMES MADE NEW ON THE INTERNET AND THOUGHT WHAT THE HECK, WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING. WE GOT A HOLD OF JON AND HE CAME RIGHT OUT THE NEXT DAY TO LOOK AT THE DAMAGE AND WE HIRED HIM ON THE SPOT. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH JON AND HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THOROUGH IN HIS ASSESSMENT OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND HE HAD JUST COME FROM THE DOCTOR WITH AN INJURED EYE AND  HE STILL CAME TO SEE US, WHAT DEDICATION!! IT WAS A FEW WEEKS BEFORE HE COULD DO THE JOB BECAUSE OF BAD WEATHER BUT HE STAYED IN TOUCH WITH US TILL HE ARRIVED TO DO THE JOB. HE AND HIS CREW  GOT RIGHT TO IT AND HAD IT DONE THAT DAY.
