We had a pretty large water damage issue in the new house we had recently moved into, and Alex was a great partner working with the Insurance company and helping to navigate what could have otherwise been a very stressful situation. Alex and team exceeded all expectations. Alex communicates well on the status of the project daily and his team arrives when he says they will. The work was extensive and took a little over a month to complete, and there was not a single day that his guys didn’t show up when they said they would. His guys are very friendly, quick, do great work and they clean up the place very well every evening before leaving. Just one of many examples of how considerate the Mila’s team is - we have a 1-year-old daughter, and the guys were great about planning any loud work around her naps so they would be quiet and would not wake her. "When I first contacted them they could not make it to the time slot they had told me , however came the next day at the time they said . The young man was friendly and did the job in a speedily fashion . He had a heavy duty spring for my garage in his truck and did the job the day he came and tested the garage door opener with me. "

"One star. Do not use this company. Our garage door was not closing flush, and they recommended inserting a metal strut to straighten the panel. We agreed to the $400 repair instead of their $2,000 quote to replace the door. The repair made the problem significantly worse ? the panel is now even more disjointed than before they touched it. We called the next day. They said they would send someone, but the technician ran late claiming a flat tire. When he finally arrived, he admitted the door was worse than before the repair and said it now needed full replacement. The $400 "fix" only created more damage. We requested a refund, and the technician called his manager, who was extremely rude and refused to refund a penny. The only offer was $400 off a $2,000 replacement door ? meaning we would pay $1,600 more to the company that caused the damage. That is not a resolution; that is being asked to spend five times what we already paid to fix their mistake."

"I am extremely happy with the service we received from World of Doors. From the initial call with Amanda to the technician, Troy who came out to repair our garage door the service was fantastic. Our garage door stopped opening fully and we were really in a bind. Troy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and conscientous. He let us know exactly what was needed and offered all options available to us. He left off all the things that weren't urgent at this time but let us know what may need repair in the future. He was also very personable and professional as well and after he explained everything we felt much more at ease with our situation. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. If you are in need of any repairs to your garage door these are the people you can trust and these are the people you want to complete the job."
