"Worst experience ever contractor showed up 3 hours late then it went down hill from there told us he really didn t need the job and should be sitting on an island somewhere after all his family is well off and hard working farmers which had nothing to do with our service call. My son and I tipped the tub on its side per request by Tim then he sent us a 8 paragraph text on how tubs should not be tipped I guess to cover his own ass , and turns out tub never had to be tipped because repair was thru the rear panel so in all we paid approximately 600.00 for this guy to never come back even though he said all work guaranteed for a year who would know found him on your list and as a customer we were scammed."

"I'm baffled and bamboozled. Spent $475 and i'm in no better position than i was before he did the work. He raised his price after the work was completed. Found out after the fact he installed the wrong motor and the pressure is a joke. He hides behind "that things from Canada" as to why he messed up. If you only work on American products you should say that. If you can't fix something, you should say that. If this is what i was going to get i would have just let it be a soaker tub. Cary's a decent enough fellow but completely unprofessional and seems to like to "wing" it. Well he "winged" it with my $475 and i got a lesson learned. I don't know how he has so many good reviews on here. I'm sure he COULD do a good job, he just doesn't seem to want to be bothered with that level of effort."

"The kitchen and bathroom look great! We had kitchen countertops that, although solid, we’re out of date. Surface Drs. save them from the landfill! They look fantastic! Our 3/4 bath was painted as well. It looks fantastic!!"

"This place has terrible customer service and doesn't care about small pool purchases (they only prioritize big projects). As of May 14, 2020, I paid (down payment) for a 16' pool from Russo's Pools. I was told my pool would be installed in July 2020. The installer was to go out to look at the site within 1 week. They never did. I called and got no one, only leaving a message or the phone just ringing. This was all last summer 2020 with no communication. I contacted Russo's pool in March 2021 and was told they didn't have my pool nor had any idea what happened. They have given me the run-around since. I was told the installer would call me, and week after week, they did not. Not until I asked to speak to the owner that the installer called me, stating he had JUST gotten my number. The owner discussed them obtaining and installing an 18' pool to make things right. Anthony Russo is now stating he never said that; he says he only said he would look into it. All discussions about pool and site were about 18'. Even the assistant I have been talking to this week has been checking deliveries for the 18' pool and working on getting one. Anthony Russo says he can't do that, and I am here 334 days later and NO pool."
