JC and I communicated and he was able to come out this afternoon— less than 24 hours since my job/ project submission— to replace the lights! "Junior is the best technician that has ever visited my house for any repairs I've done. He is very courteous, clearly understood my issues, examined and tested all my equipment, and gave me a thorough explanation of the services required for my home.
