MGD LLC displayed the attributes we hoped to see in our contractor, an accurate estimate, project start and completion on time, daily cleanup, tool and equipment organization, and excellent communication throughout the duration of the project. We were informed of dates and arrival times for MGD LLC work, and there was seamless coordination of sub-contractors, so that plumbers, electricians, glass installers, and tile installers would not be waiting on others, or getting in each other’s way. Above all, we most appreciated the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in the work displayed throughout the process."

"Time management was poor at best. Crews running too many jobs at the same time. My bathroom remodel took over 8 months to finish after a 90 day projection. ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS VERY VERY BAD!!! Flooring was not laid smoothly (tile). Multiple holes cut in new sheet rock to hang light fixtures.. Apparently Troy can't use a tape measure properly. He was the supervisor that got fired. 1 of the workers was smoking weed in my house (we don't smoke anything inside). Neil the owner cannot be trusted to tell you the truth. Very dishonest people, company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"

"I have heard so many remodeling horror stories. From the moment we spoke to Gerardo and his team, I knew I had made the right choice. The results are beyond my dreams. I feel ulike I moved into a brand new home. We renovated my childhood home into our retirement haven. Yaya Contracting did not miss a single detail. They worked with an engineer to make sure we had no structural issues in the future. They went above and beyond what we expected. The design team helped us coordinate tiles, carpet and wood flooring. Gerardo and his team listened to our needs and made sure the job was done to perfection. I highly recommend Yaya Contracting!!!"

"I purchased 11 windows from fairway on 6/27 with a 4-8 week timeframe. They said it may run up to 9-12 weeks due to supply delays and that was fine with me. After 3 months I contacted them and was told they aren’t in with no estimated arrival date. I continued to call and sometimes I was able to get through to the receptionist who was always in her car and didn’t have any additional information to provide. She would always say that Gary would get in contact with me but out of all the calls I made, I was only able to speak to him once. I continued calling and by late October they finally said 5 were in and agreed to install them which was done on 10/31 and said they would discount me $150.. They did not notify me that they were coming to install on that day and left the door to my unit open but at least half were done so I was somewhat relieved!! I proceeded to call until late December and they continued to say no windows. At this point, I asked to cancel them because I was looking at selling and since over 6 months had passed I no longer had need for them. They said this wasn’t an option and that it would have to be canceled through the manufacturer. I asked for that number but they wouldn’t provide it and said she would have to call to check. No update was ever given. Now we are at mid March, a full 9 months since ordering and I have given up on receiving the windows. They required half a deposit upfront which was 2001.58. The windows that I did not receive were going to require more work removing the steel so they were more expensive than the 5 I did get. So in short, over the last 9 months, I ended up receiving half my order and paid $2000 of the $4000 bill but only received $1375 worth of my order. I feel liked I was scammed out of my money for services that were never going to be provided and I just want a return of my deposit that was taken from me. Now after seeing how many others are in the reviews experiencing the same thing I filed a complaint with BBB and my credit card company."

The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs.
