He is so easy to work with and very easy to get a hold of. Any time I had a question he always responded very quickly. We never felt alone during this project. He was with us all the way from start to finish. John is so good at what he does and he knows the right way to have things done. He his a perfectionist. His workers were all very nice and neat. It was during Covid and they all had masks and were very careful. Once we started construction it took about 5 weeks to completion. His pricing is very fair and he is always looking for ways to help you keep your costs in line with your needs. The toilet fell over & broke a tile in the shower but he said he would return to fix it! He never returned, would not answer any texts or phone calls. I was completely satisfied with his work but would not recommend him now since he did not repair his damage."
