"They also do plumbing. Everything is top notch there too. The first time they came it turned out we had to make an insurance claim before he could make the repair. He waived the inspection fee and we got the insurance claim done. The insurance hired clean up people. What happened was that house has 3 levels and the lowest level is slightly below grade and it requires a sewage ejection pump to get things up to the septic system. The sewage ejection pump failed and there was raw sewage in the basement."

A few days later, we had a similar issue, and Bill worked to get his team back to my location, and within a few hours, the pipes were reconfigured, the drain was snaked to the street, and the water was draining faster than it ever had!
