"I pulled up Angie's List and selected CSR (Complete Service Restoration). Within 30 minutes after contacting CSR, Ron Minando was at our door. Within another 45 minutes Ron's crew arrived. As Julius Caesar said upon landing in Britain, They came, They saw. They conquered. With CSR, They came. They saw. They conquered a smelly, moldy, and disgustingly wet basement. To ensure that water, dirt, and contaminants, were not tracked into our house, they put down a waterproof cloth matting on the main floor, the laundry room and the garage. Working in a quiet professional manner, the crew drained the basement, extracted water from the carpeting and padding, zipped it into watertight plastic bags and disposed of it in a dumpster. They did the same with the wet drywall and some water damaged contents. They moved so quietly and quickly that my wife and I were unaware they brought in very large air scrubbers and dehumidifiers. After removing all the contaminated debris, they sprayed the floor and walls with a plant-based (no toxic chemicals) anti-bacterial agent. By acting quickly, CSR was able to save my wife's hat room and its 300 plus hats Hooray! It took several days to remove mold and dry the basement, but when they finished we had a clean odor-free basement. The men were prompt, very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the dangers of a water/mold damaged basement. If needed, I would definitely hire CSR again."

They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. "I called them after seeing them at my neighbors house. Actually, I emailed with questions and they were very responsive. I felt they knew what they were talking about when they emailed me several problems it could be regarding the dishwasher. In the email I asked about any fees up front and they did say there is a $49 fee for an estimate IF we didn't do the work. I called the next business day and the lady on the phone was very friendly. She even said that if there was other plumbing that we wanted to be looked at while the guy was there to have it looked at since we were paying the $49 estimate fee. The plumber came on time and i showed him more things i wanted looked at. He gave me prices for 3 things. The toilet issue he told me it probably needed a flapper and i could do it myself. The other issue that i was concerned about from what another plumber did, I had him give me a price since the "other" plumber didn't do it to code when he said he would. This plumber gave me a price of $155. he said i could easily do it myself even though i am not very handy at fixing things. So, i decided to just get the dishwasher line fixed and the valve to the humidifier. As soon as he put on the arrestor for the dishwasher, the vibration stopped!! While I don't want the plumber to get into trouble for telling me I could do the other two issues myself, but he saved me several hundred dollars more. That is why i would come back to them!! Not everyone can afford $500 + in repairs. He saved me about $200-300 dollars and that makes me happy. The only thing I had a problem with is if you are charging $49 to look at repair and if we go ahead to do the work, that $49 should come off the bill. Other than that, I will still be calling them back as most plumbers still charge to come out and they charge less to look at your repair then most companies"

"After buying the offer on Angie's List, within a day, the owner emailed me asking when I wanted to have them come install the new sump pump. He was very accommodating with my schedule, and got it scheduled within a few days. The day of the appointment, the plumber showed up early and I actually was not home yet, and he waited patiently. When I arrived he was very courteous, he took off his shoes when coming in the house. He did the replacement of the sump pump, and tested it to show me it was working. Then he cleaned up the basement floor of water and mud that had fallen on the floor - left it as it was when he got there, and took the old sump pump out by the curb - it happened to be garbage day. Overall excellent experience."

"My repair went really well. I started out with the garbage disposal malfunctioning and while running the dishwasher I discovered that the dishwasher was leaking also. To top it off I found that my pipe under the sink had burst and water was everywhere, even leaking through the ceiling below!!! Michael came to my home to look at the job and advised me that he'd come to do my repair the next day. I was surprised to find that the repair he did with the pipes under my kitchen sink actually gave me more space for under sink storage!! He was friendly and professional. I was very pleased with his work. I'd definitely call on him again.
