He diagnosed quickly and let me know the price before starting the repair. This was helpful, since my dryer is 17+ yrs old. He had parts on hand to replace. He showed me faulty part at the end of service. He also gave me tips when purchasing a new washer/dryer in the future. Would highly recommend!!! Had a fantastic experience!"
