He replaced our 15 yr old water heater, including a new pressure expansion tank, piping, fittings and valves. The price was very fair and the work was very good. "We chose Superior Kitchens to completely remodel our kitchen (finished in 2015) because of their high rating, professionalism in providing a complete quote, and examples of their beautiful floor design work. They were not the cheapest vendor we considered, but remember that old saying: you get what you pay for. Superior provided excellent project management: costs controlled carefully, schedule maintained despite inevitable delays by unforeseen hiccups (supplier delays, sub-flooring needed replacement, etc.), and addressed any questions/quality issues/changes requested by the fussy home owner (me) after the project began. All the members of their team, and the subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, painters) involved in the project were responsible and pleasant. Our friends love our new kitchen, and our most comment compliments concern the fantastic flooring design. "We were so happy with the kitchen and master bathroom remodel that Todd did for us that we hired him again to remodel our downstairs bathroom. Todd gutted the old bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt the floor in order to remove water damaged boards from a prior leak as well as accommodate the new curb less shower pan. Todd was very thoughtful and had some good design & layout suggestions and helped us work thru other challenges like how to route/hide things we didn’t think of such as vent pipes. Todd found and installed new window trim and doors that also closely matched the rest of the house to help maintain consistency throughout. He installed new tile on the floor, shower walls, and subway tile halfway up all the remaining walls. All of the lines were perfect again and he did a fantastic job. We have received many compliments on the bathroom and are thrilled with how it turned out. Todd is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him and his work."

"Given my architect's drawings, Ivaldo provided a very reasonable quote and stuck to it. There were several times where we needed to add on or make changes, and the price was always very reasonable for these upgrades. We also had some challenging foundation work and no room to bring in big equipment, and Ivaldo had a lot of experience dealing with these challenges, which played a big factor in hiring him. Later, we had some major scheduling issues with the utility company (Eversource) that complicated the schedule quite a bit, and were totally out of our control. These delays made the process somewhat stressful but none of this was any fault of Ivaldo's. His guys were courteous and respectful. Quality was also very good other than one issue with tiling, but Ivaldo will always make good on anything that you're not happy with. They'll get the job done, and charge you what it costs plus a reasonable rate for themselves. Overall, a full gut renovation is a major undertaking, and nobody should expect something this big to be smooth and stress-free. I have no regrets in hiring them and plan to call them back when the house needs work."

I had come to the decision of gutting my 50 year old bathroom and replacing it  with a new one and a call was made to The Kitchen Center.
They were courteous, respectable and professional during our conversations. After I chose them to work in my home, details of the remodel were given and all of my questions were answered. .A detailed contracted was issued which included a timetable for the projected work to be done. They continued to answer all other questions throughout the project.
The project began and was completed as discussed. Dust control measures and floor protection was provided which assisted in keeping my home dust and dirt free with all the workers in and out. Another smart move on their part was to put a lock box on my door which allowed the workers to come and go as needed. This also gave me the freedom to do what I needed to do at any time.
I know that there is always a snag during construction projects. In my case it was a tile issue which was taken care of according to the project specs. For this I was greatly appreciative that my best interests were of the upmost importance to the Kitchen Center.
My experiences with the sub contractors,of which were many, were all of a positive nature.
My new bathroom is beautiful and was worth the wait!

"The plumber surmised that the clog was at the T junction with the vertical pipe in the wall and was unsuccessful at getting his snake to go downward after entering from the bottom of the trap. He failed also with an air hose. As he left, he offered to replace the T junction with a Y junction for $285. I subsequently called out another Angie's List plumber, so attacked the problem successfully by removing the trap and snaking downward about 15 ft to the clog. He replace the trap with one that is removal, allowing a snake easier access. This cost $300. I'm still unsure whether replacing the T junction with a Y junction would have solved the problem."
