"Yury à ¸ Sergei Tsibulkin very professional and smart and very cleaning after self I will recommend them to others."

"Our project manager Jeff was excellent, attentive to detail, and helpful in fleshing out our ideas. He truly wanted to do the job well."

"From the initial meeting with them everything was exactly the way they told us from demo, cabinets, countertops to painting. We were always made aware well before anything was done, when they would arrive and what they would be doing that day. Their communication was excellent! Once the project was completed the final quoting price was exactly what we paid. We feel we got way more then what we paid for."

"Faaaantastic from day one Herman R was upfront on completion dates and provided progress updates weekly. What I appreciated most was his overall expertise and experience doing what they do. He helped save me money by suggesting different "to dos" along the way and even if I didn't do them it NEVER impacted the quality of the work his team performed.... After my initial engagement I have had Tri State do 2 additional jobs for me and plan on using them for some 2021 work also..."

"Everything was done correctly and properly and allowed me to check off two more projects before winter set in. Both Mark and Simon (and Tim) were professional, but also friendly and easy to talk to. Enjoyed the the time I spent with them. Would highly recommend them, as well as will reach out next spring for some additional projects I have plan for our old house."

"I had been looking for someone to handle my carpentry and remodeling needs for some time. I had an immediate requirement for some exterior repairs come up and asked for a referral from the folks at one of the local high end lumber stores. They referred me to Rick at River City Remodeling. I contacted Rick and had him evaluate my situation. He assessed the issue and provided a comprehensive, detailed written estimate which I accepted. The work was subsequently performed promptly, thoroughly and expertly. Rick and his helper were personable and professional. Every detail was addressed and once they left everything was cleaned up with no indication they had been there. I have additional projects on my wish list and River City Remodeling is going to be the first company I intend to call."

"this company is remarkable! We have never had more pleasure dealing with such a great and friendly, responsible team of people! Can't say enough about their attention to detail and their effort to please. We are so happy with our new bath room. A big thank you to M & W Contracting!"

"Mike and his crew from JRS completed a total patio redesign project for the backyard at my residence. This included the installation of a substantial concrete pad, Pergola, privacy fence, railings and steps, running of electric for a hot tub, and installation of an outdoor ceiling fan and TV. Mike was fair with his costs and projections, was true to his word, there were no surprises throughout the course of the project; which took 6 months to complete from time of contract signing to finalization. Mike was easy to work with and was flexible when I added to the original agreed upon plan (outdoor ceiling fan and tv installation). They performed all work as promised, which also included an excellent job of clean up and reseeding my backyard. More than anything, the quality of the work performed was exceptional. Mike and his crew took pride in their work, my new backyard / patio is an awesome space now! I couldn't be happier! I'd recommend Mike and J.R.S Facilities to anyone and would use them again in the future, most definitely."

"New Leaf installed a range hood in my kitchen today. From initial consultation to completion of the job I was always met with great customer service and quick response. They answered all my questions and were thorough with the quote process. Expectations were very clear each step of the way. The contractors were great. Had a small hiccup with installation and they were able to quickly problem solve to get the job done. They also vented the exhaust through an exterior wall and thankfully our existing cabinetry was able to be reinstalled for a seamless look. I would absolutely hire New Leaf again for the many projects I have in the pipeline."

"The experience was great. I knew once I met with Dave that he would be the perfect contractor. They did an amazing job. From digging a hole in the ground to the finishing the house. It’s was a great experience and I’m very pleased with the work. Would definitely recommend"
